Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of 3D Prints by Vic — the website and app at 3dprintsbyvic.com, including the HueForge Pro course, Margin Forge, the Business Partner, The Catalog, the Filament Index, Pro Tools (Early Access), the community, and 1:1 coaching. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. One person, one account — don't share access to paid content.

Paid access (the HueForge Pro course, the seller tools, and member features) is provided through a Patreon membership. Billing, renewals, and payment methods are handled by Patreon under Patreon's own terms. Current tiers and pricing are shown on our Pricing page and on Patreon.

You can cancel anytime through Patreon. When you cancel, you keep course and tool access until the end of your current billing period; we don't pro-rate partial periods. Because Patreon handles billing, membership refunds are subject to Patreon's policies.

Coaching is a personal, scheduled service. When you book, you'll receive a Stripe invoice to pay; your session is confirmed once payment and scheduling are complete.

Rescheduling & cancellation: please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your session. Sessions cancelled inside that window, or no-shows, may not be refundable. If I ever need to reschedule on my end, you'll get the option to rebook or receive a refund.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course, lessons, and member downloads for your own learning and making. Commercial-use rights for prints are governed by the specific membership tier you hold. Read about selling my designs.

You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the course materials, videos, downloadable files, or project files. They're the result of a lot of work and they stay with the membership.

You own the content you create — community posts, comments, submissions, and uploads. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use it to operate and promote the platform (for example, showing your filament submission in the public Filament Index, or your post in the community).

Keep it respectful and on-topic. Don't post anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, or spammy. We can moderate, edit, or remove content and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Transmission Distance values and other data you submit may be aggregated into the public Filament Index to help the community. Community-submitted values are provided as-is and may be reviewed or adjusted for accuracy. Treat all data as a starting point and verify against your own setup.

The platform and its educational content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. 3D printing involves heat, tools, and materials — you're responsible for following your equipment's safety guidance. We don't guarantee specific results, print outcomes, or business income from using the course, Margin Forge, or the Business Partner.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 3D Prints by Vic isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the platform and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or to protect the platform and its members.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves; we'll revise the date above and give notice of material changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Questions? Email vic@3dprintsbyvic.com.
