Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption — moving across the wire and while it's stored. That's handled by the platform this runs on (Base44), as part of its security program. Nobody's casually reading your numbers off the network.
The Business Partner is locked to your account. Every time it pulls your margins or products, it's reading rows tagged to your login and nobody else's — enforced down at the database, not by trusting the AI to behave. It literally can't read another member's numbers. This is the one thing I won't compromise on.
I don't sell your data, I don't hand it off, and I don't use it to train anything of my own. Your chats are processed by Base44's AI integration, which runs on Anthropic and OpenAI — providers whose API terms don't use customer data to train their models by default. Your business is yours; it's here to help you, not feed a model.
The platform underneath all this (Base44) is independently audited to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 — the same security bars the serious software you already use has to clear. I'm not claiming I hold those certificates — the foundation I built on does, and that's what's carrying your data.
