Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your 3D Prints by Vic account and personal data at any time. Vic handles every request himself. Here's how it works.
Delete from inside the app
Sign in, open your Account page, and use Delete account in the Danger Zone. That files a deletion request with Vic and signs you out — nothing is erased the moment you click.
Delete by email
Prefer email? Write to vic@3dprintsbyvic.com from your account's email address and ask Vic to delete your account. Same process, same timeline.
What's deleted
When Vic works your request, he removes your profile, account details, learning progress, MarginForge data, bookings, and the link to your Patreon account. Deletion is done by hand, not by an automated job, so it happens when the request is processed rather than at the moment you submit it.
What may be retained
Payment and tax records we're legally required to keep, and public community posts in anonymized form so threads and the Filament Index stay intact.
How long it takes
Requests are reviewed and completed by hand within 30 days of the request. Note: requesting deletion here does not cancel your Patreon membership — manage that on Patreon separately.
