Hunter x Hunter - Gon, Killua, Kurapika & Leorio

Gon's fist comes right at the camera. Killua is next to him with that half-smile, Kurapika is holding it down on the left, and Leorio is yelling about something in the back - which is exactly right for Leorio. This is a HueForge filament painting of the Hunter x Hunter main four, and every color you're looking at comes from stacked layers of filament. No paint, no multi-material printer. One nozzle, six spools, and the layer stack does the rest. Six filaments is more than I reach for on most prints, and the background is the reason. That red, white and blue starburst behind them is doing as much work as the characters are, and it's what gives the whole piece its comic-panel punch.
